Refund policy

We want you and your pet to be happy with every order. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work:

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

Unopened, unused items in original packaging are eligible for a full refund.

For hygiene and grooming products (including paw cleaners and nail grinders), we can only accept returns if the item is unused and unopened, due to the personal-use nature of these products.

Apparel items (like the calming vest) can be exchanged for a different size within 30 days if unworn and in original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we'll provide instructions for returning your item. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
